T.D Martin and his team provided exceptional services for my son. From the initial consultation to the final outcome, Mr. Martin and his team demonstrated great professionalism and expertise. Mr. Matin's team was always available to answer my questions and kept us informed throughout the entire process. They explained things in a way that was easy to understand, which made us feel confident and at ease. Thanks to T.D. Martin and his team's hard work and dedication, I don't think we could've come out with a better outcome, as our son was facing some serious potential charges, and which could've led to some serious time. In the end everything was dropped, and he did not have to go to court. I highly recommend T.D. Martin to anyone in need of legal assistance. When searching for a lawyer for my son I was turned down by many in my local area and told by one, "you can try one of those young lawyers around little rock, they might work with you". So I did and I am so glad I did! He listened, he asked questions, he was timely, clear and upfront about everything, he communicated well and always made us feel at ease. My son could be serving 40 years for his charges and because of Mr. Martins strategic plan he walked out of court today with just 3 years probation. I am still in shock! Mr. Martin was an excellent attorney. I am very satisfied with the results he fought hard for. My case wasn't looking good but Taylor did not give up. I was facing a possible misdemeanor conviction, jail time and a hefty fine to add to it all. I contacted Taylor and was thoroughly impressed with his demeanor and professionalism in taking care of my case. The prosecuting attorney was adamant about charging me with a conviction, but Taylor put on his Bobby Axelrod game face, if you know then you know, and ultimately was not having that agreement signed, sealed and delivered. Taylor strong-armed the prosecuting attorney into only charging me with a civil penalty, no jail time and a fine $1,000 less than what they were attempting to charge me. Taylor got the best possible outcome for my case. I was charged with a felony for transporting over 100 lbs of marijuana and was convinced I was going to have to do years in prison. He worked his magic and made it so I did not even get a felony OR a misdemeanor! I am able to leave the country and live my life as if nothing happened. I fired my original lawyer for my case as I could tell he did not care about my case very much, more so about the money. Mr. Martin prevented a woman who lied to the Conway Police Dept. from having criminal charges brought upon me. Mr. Martin kept me from losing my career because a woman wanted to protect her friend from being served civil process. Had charges been filed I would have been arrested, forced to bond out and defend frivolous criminal charges.
