My college-age son was busted for public intox, minor in possession, and marijuana possession. Mr. Bennett was able to get the charges dropped, contingent on my son staying out of trouble. Worth every penny. 10 stars!

Mr Bennett represented me in my DWI case. I was not guilty and he was able to prove that. The day after my arrest he stayed late to meet with me after I got off work. His office staff is amazing and most helpful. Every time I called to ask a question he either answered the call or called back very quickly if busy. I felt like they all really cared about my case. He was recommended to me by a judge in another city so I knew it was a good choice. He is very knowledgeable about all things DWI. He assured me from the beginning that everything was going to be ok. Tommy is a great attorney and a wonderful person! He was personally involved in our case and always took my calls when in the office or returned calls personally. He is candid and realistic but always comforting. We always felt like our case was important and he took as much time as we needed to answer questions or get our thoughts. Tommy is an amazing attorney! I met with him briefly for a free consultation before deciding which attorney to hire. First, let me say he's one of the few attorney's I called that provide a free consultation. He was courteous and professional, explained my legal rights and helped me feel at ease in my case. When I left his office I told him I would follow up with him to let him know if I would retain his services. I was unfortunately arrested after I left his office. When I made it to jail my bondsmen called Tommy, who agreed to represent me in my first appearance. Tommy was there and fought to get me released on my own without affecting my previous bond. He worked tirelessly to get my case dismissed only a few weeks after he took the case. Truly there are not enough nice things I can say about Tommy! If you need the best criminal attorney then YOU should hire him.

Facing a DWI 2 charge, we met with Tommy and he spent an with us during the consultation. He asked alot of questions, was very thorough, and was up front with us on the uphill battle we faced. He explained options along the way, always covering the pros & cons, but I was very impressed that he always had a 3rd option - something that only experience and someone with his level of knowledge would know to challenge or search for. He ultimately challenged the probable cause of the stop, to which the judge agreed, and the charges were DROPPED! We can't thank Tommy enough for the work he did on our case. He is a life saver!!
