Our company ended up in a dispute with our landlord regarding the lease and the interpretation of the lease. Mr. Norwood read the lease and wrote the management company a strongly worded letter, advising them that we were not backing down. Within 48 hours of him writing the letter, we received notification from the landlord that we were being released of our obligation to them and could move out of the building. When we spoke with them, we were told there were no options. After Andrew took over, things moved very quickly.
