We are so thankful to have had Evan as our adoption attorney. Evan was very professional and warm. Evan is very knowledgeable and spent time answering all of our questions. Knowing that you have an attorney that you can trust is invaluable. Evan was there for us when we needed him, via phone call,text or email. I have known and retained Evan for several years. I have retained him regarding several different civil and medical issues. Evan has helped me navigate as well as counseled me and communicated on my behalf. His since of excellence, knowledge and follow up are second to none. I would be hard pressed to find someone else that I trusted more.

Evan helped us through our first private adoption last year. As hard as that was, it was even more difficult with or second adoption going through an agency. Evan was able to walk us through everything and help us deal with a terrible hospital and an even worse social worker at that hospital. The best thing about Evan, was that he always answered our phone calls and immediately responded to all texts. We plan on adopting a third time, and we have already pit Evan on notice that we will be using him again. And as a side note, Evan has been through the adoption process himself, so he is experienced with these situations for work purposes and through his own personal experience. That goes a long way with me because he is able to understand adoptive parents feeling, difficulties, and emotions. That by itself makes him more passionate about his clients and their best interests.

Evan handled our adoption case with a combination of warmth and expertise that left us forever grateful. He knew the legalities that applied to our case backwards and forwards, he put together a plan to move as quickly and seamlessly as possible, and we had such confidence as he clearly demonstrated he always had our son’s and our family’s best interests at the forefront. There aren’t words to adequately express the safety we felt knowing that he was handling every detail, and we simply had to follow his lead. I truly cannot recommend him highly enough.

Evan Bell is a tireless advocate for adoptive parents and their children. Our adoption process involved a number of unforeseeable challenges. Through the entire process, Evan was comforting and compassionate with us, cooperative and professional with all agencies involved, and—perhaps most important—thorough and careful to make sure everything was done accurately and efficiently.
