Mr. Jered Mckinney Represented me in a custody lawsuit that my ex-wife put on me earlier this year. Mr. McKinney graciously and wholeheartedly Listen to my every concern. He came to court very well-prepared, Weeded through the lies, presented my case in a very professional manner and won my case. Quincy defended my teenage son who was wrongfully arrested. He never gave up on proving my son's innocence and extensively researched for all possible aid in his defense. The staff at the firm were always there to help as well. They all believed in my son's innocence and never treated us in a way contrary to this. Even though I am told it is very difficult to get a "not true" in the juvenile system, Mr Mckinney made it possible to have my son's charges dismissed. Even though it seemed the system was against him, they gave us the best defense possible and made all the difference in getting my son a successful outcome.

I hired Quincy to represent me on a divorce/child custody case. Quincy, Amy and Kate were spectacular during the whole process. They were always helpful whenever I had to call or email them about a question I had. Forget the rest...hire the best!!!

Divorce & custody case!! Knowledgeable staff!! Straight foward!! Really don't want to hear you out. Kate is great a bit over worked! If they took into consideration that you are a human being and this is your real life were talking about and showed a bit more compassion and understand different people handle stressful situations difference and some of us need that... plus your getting paid to hear it... Kate the paralegal is the only reason I came back to this law firm for another civil matter after divorce! Just leaving a review to help you understand what your lacking! Improve that and you would be a great law firm. Because if you can't convince me that your going to win and show me your going to strive to do your best. How I'm I going to belive that your going to convince the judge that! I understand that you all are legal counsel and not emotional counselor but also understand we're only human... And when people come to you it's at mostly the most stressful point in there life!!!

We switched to Quincy fafter having awful representation from another law office in regards to a custody case. Quincy cleaned up the mess and was very professional. He is prepared for every court date and extremely knowledageble! We would recommend this law firm and use Quincy again if needed.

Quincy McKinney is an excellent lawyer. He helped with my divorce and getting me out of a dangerous situation. I feel he represented me and my interests very well. He was well prepared for court and did an excellent job laying out the case and evidence.

My husband legally adopted my two older children last year, and Jared made the entire process a breeze. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. He took the time to educate us throughout the process, and was always quick to answer any questions or address concerns we had along the way. His staff is equally as wonderful! They are knowledgeable and courteous, and it's apparent that accuracy and efficiency are both a top priority.

Quincy assisted me with a child visitation case a while back. From the beginning I felt as if he was a little impatient when hearing my case out yet I still decided to hire him because honestly I didn’t have a whole lot of time to search around. Anyways, he was very professional and so were his staff. But very expensive, it also felt as if he wasn’t very passionate about my case. They often lost proof of my payments. Probably due to the fact that there were always different people working the front office. I however was able to show proof of my payments and they were good at correcting their notes. However, there was this one time when I paid 1k in cash and they failed to keep trackof, I also didn’t receive a receipt so unfortunately I had to pay the 1k twice. Overall, in the end I didn’t get the outcome I’d hope for. I eventually had to come to an agreement with the plaintiff on my own because I felt I was getting anywhere through my lawyer and this case was going on 2 years which was very exhausting and overwhelming to deal with. My ordered child visitation court papers are so messed up. It doesn’t include birthdays, my rights as a mother, rights in case of an emergency, and a lot of other issues that are just too long to discuss. Anyways, I’m currently seeking another lawyer to have everything modified because I can’t keep living by a piece of paper that makes no sense. My advice..... don’t use this law firm
