My case took nearly four and half years to work through the court system. During all this time he always answered my phone calls and in a common sense way always explained to me what was going on in my case. I went to Greg because he said that he was a constitutional lawyer. He got felony charges against me dropped, but failed to get a resisting arrest charge dropped as well, although the resisting arrest charge was apart of the same incident as the other felony charges. The Springdale police decided to throw the book at me after I stood up to them and explained to them that I had a right to carry a firearm. I was open carrying a firearm and the police were checking me out, although we’re living in a constitutional carry state, the law enforcement community are seeking to target Arkansans who carry around firearms. He was to afraid to rock the boat and stand up against law enforcement. If he would have persisted the video evidence as we discussed then the jury would have seen the police officer when they stated their real reason for stoping me. They stoped me because some concerned citizen was calling the police that someone was carrying around a firearm in their neighborhood. That’s right, I was carrying around a firearm, holstered and on my hip. I really would like to teach law enforcement a lesson, especially when it comes to my constitutional rights in this country. Just because someone is walking around carrying a firearm doesn’t give law enforcement a green light to verify their identity.

I would highly recommend Greg to anyone seeking legal council. He is very easy to communicate with and I can tell he truly cares. Thanks Greg!!!!
