My experience with Tolley and Brooks was very positive. I filled out all applications sent to me by Social Security, which took several months of various correspondences. Tolley and Brooks handled and monitored all other paperwork with SS, and checked in with me with any notices concerning due dates and deadlines. It turned out to be a very seamless application process. If I ever had questions or concerns, Tolley and Brooks were responsive and easy to talk to. They were detailed oriented.
