After my marriage 3 months ago, I applied for a home loan, so that I and my wife could move to a better apartment, but I got a negative reply, which I was told was a result of my credit score. When I pulled my score it was below average. I had $12,000 student loan, some credit card debt, charge off and an eviction. PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST helped me erase all the above negative reports and boosted my score to excellent in less than 6 days. I’m recommending them to any one in need of credit assistance. Tripp was exactly the lawyer we needed, when we needed him. The contractors on my home ripped me off, walked off the job, did a flawed job of what was completed, needless to say they did not complete the entire job. To top things off, the contractors filed a lien on my house. There were several twists and turns throughout the case. Just before trail, I went into the hospital with no direct contact/planning from Tripp. Tripp was still prepared anyway despite being limited in the decisions he could make. Within the last two days of court, the contractors brought in a new hot shot attorney from out of state. The new attorney disregarded the discovery process since he was not involved. My first expert witness was promptly dismissed. The court went into continuance. Tripp managed get to the testimony from my first expert witness anyway. In the end, the judge dismissed the contractor's case and granted me a judgement. A two-attorney team did not have skill nor court room presence to defeat Tripp’s preparation, presentation and court room presence. I have only hired a few attorneys who all have done some great things for me. Tripp is the top of the list.

All of these are things that you look for in an attorney. Tripp Estes possesses all of these traits and more. Look no further! My husband and I made the difficult decision to let go of our attorney 2 weeks before our custody trial. We stumbled upon Tripp online and made the choice to hire him. It was the best decision we could have ever made. Tripp was the light at the end of our tunnel. Our only regret is that we didn't hire him from the very beginning. Honesty: Our case was a very complicated one and Tripp accepted the daunting task! From the very beginning he was honest with us. There are quite a few attorneys that make a practice of giving you false hope, only to leave you distraught and completely blind-sighted with the judges verdict. Tripp is not one of these attorneys. He is going to be up front with you. You will know where you stand at all time. He is a family man. This is very important if you want someone to fight for your family's rights. You want someone who has great morals and one who is compassionate. Tripp is dedicated. He worked around the clock to get caught up on our case and prepare for trial. In court Tripp was very detail oriented and organized. He knows the law and is very well respected and known in NWA. From the very beginning until even after trial, Tripp was in constant communication. He was always able to be reached via email or phone. We even had a few incidents in which Tripp took the time to contact us over the weekend. Some attorneys will make you feel like you are completely in the dark. Tripp will never do this. Needless to say, we were granted everything we fought for in court. Because of Tripp my husband and I are able to rest easy We won in court and so will you if you choose to hire a professional, competent attorney, such as Tripp Estes! I am confident that if you make the right choice to hire Tripp to fight for you and your family's rights he will do everything within his power to do so. More times than not the verdict made in court will alter your life forever. This is why it is so very important to hire someone like Tripp. Do NOT make the mistake we made by waiting to hire Tripp. Make the right choice. You will not be disappointed! Thank you, Tripp! You are truly a lifesaver!

Throughout the course of my life I have had the need to use the services of many lawyers. Everything from business dealings and personal matters to helping my widowed mother with a mess left to her. I was recommended to Tripp by a lawyer who could no longer help me with my issue. Needless to say this was the best recommendation I have ever received! Tripp showed an impressive knowledge of the law, concern for my situation and gave me hope that there was light at the end of the tunnel. Not traits you find in very many lawyers. At least not with the ones I had used before. I can recommend Tripp with the highest confidence that he will do the right thing each and every time. Definitely A++ Chris T. - Springdale, AR

Peter, better known as "Tripp", has represented me personally as well as professionally. I have worked with him in Civil matters elevated to Federal Court. I have watched him represent my best interest in Temporary Injunction hearings and other matters. I have watched Tripp put others on the stand and know more about them than they knew about themselves. I simply think this guy is the best if you want an attorney that listens to you, understands you and always has your back. Great work Tripp!

Mr. Butt has been used by our family for multiple wills, trusts and estate planning . His advice and services have always proved to be top shelf. Recently he represented us in the sale of stock in a large family business involving multiple family members, all of which he handled with sensitivity and professionalism. We are confident that he was able to guide us to the best possible outcome. We happily recommend him.

I recommend Jack Butt strongly. Jack was my attorney during a recent litigation and I found him to be a very strong advocate, knowledgeable about legal and tax issues, and incredibly passionate about winning. I learned a great appreciation for the importance of the knowledge gained through 30+ years of experience by observing the process that he guided us through. You can't learn all of what you need to know from the books. Jack carries a vast library of knowledge gained through experience and study.

Esther White handled a bankrupsy case for me. She explained the different kinds and what the rules were for each. She was there when I went to court... unlike some other lawyers I have had in the past on other cases. She was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable.

Can a Lawyer Represent Me in Courts Outside of Fayetteville, Arkansas?

Whether a lawyer can represent you in courts outside of your city or state depends on their licensure and the jurisdiction of the court:

  • Within the Same State:
Lawyers licensed in a particular state can typically practice anywhere within that state, including all cities and counties. They can represent you in both state and federal courts located in that state.
  • Outside of Their Licensed State:
If your case is in a different state, the lawyer must be licensed in that state to represent you. However, there are exceptions:
    • Pro Hac Vice Admission: An out-of-state lawyer can request special permission to represent a client in a specific case in another state. This requires filing a motion with the court and often working in conjunction with a local attorney.
    • Federal Courts: If your case is in federal court, a lawyer licensed in any state may be able to represent you, provided they are admitted to practice in that particular federal court.
  • International Representation:
For cases outside the United States, different rules apply, and the lawyer may need to comply with the foreign country's legal requirements or collaborate with local counsel.

It's important to discuss your specific situation with the lawyer to determine if they can represent you in the desired jurisdiction and what steps may be necessary to do so.

How to Check the Credibility of a Lawyer

Before hiring a lawyer, it's crucial to verify their credibility and ensure they're qualified to handle your case:

  • Verify Their License:
Check with your state's bar association to confirm the lawyer is licensed and in good standing. Most state bar websites have an online directory for this purpose.
  • Experience and Specialization:
Ensure the lawyer specializes in the area of law relevant to your case. Review their website, professional profiles, and case history.
  • Disciplinary Record:
Look up any history of disciplinary actions or complaints through the state bar association's records.
  • Client Reviews and Testimonials:
Read reviews on legal directories like Avvo, Martindale-Hubbell, Google, or Yelp to gauge client satisfaction and experiences.
  • Professional Memberships:
Membership in professional organizations or specialty bar associations can indicate a commitment to their field and adherence to high ethical standards.
  • Awards and Recognitions:
Honors from reputable organizations reflect expertise and a positive reputation in the legal community.
  • Consultation Assessment:
Use the initial consultation to evaluate their communication skills, responsiveness, and willingness to address your concerns.
  • Ask for References:
A credible lawyer should be willing to provide references from past clients who can speak to their abilities and professionalism.

What Should I Prepare for My First Consultation?

To make the most of your initial meeting with a lawyer, come prepared with:

  • Relevant Documents:
Bring all documents related to your case, such as:
    • Contracts or agreements
    • Correspondence (emails, letters, texts)
    • Legal notices or court papers
    • Financial records (if applicable)
    • Evidence (photos, videos, receipts)
  • Written Summary:
Prepare a concise written summary of your situation, including key dates, events, and parties involved. This helps the lawyer quickly understand the context.
  • List of Questions:
Write down any questions you have about your case, the legal process, fees, or the lawyer's experience.
  • Financial Information:
If your case involves financial matters, bring relevant documents like pay stubs, tax returns, bank statements, or invoices.
  • Contact Information:
Provide details of any witnesses or other parties relevant to your case, including their names and contact information.
  • Personal Identification:
Bring a valid photo ID for verification purposes.
  • Pen and Notebook:
Take notes during the consultation to remember important points discussed.
  • Budget Constraints:
Be ready to discuss your budget and any financial limitations so the lawyer can provide appropriate guidance on fees and payment options.
  • Openness and Honesty:
Be prepared to discuss your case candidly. Full disclosure allows the lawyer to give accurate advice and anticipate potential challenges.
