I live in California, and was facing some very serious Felony charges in Arkansas. At the outset, Ben told me that he would work to get me a diversion, and although the prosecutor initially pushed hard for either an extensive Jail Sentence or a long term of Felony Probation, Ben worked hard with the State and Prosecutor to secure a diversion for me, and I'm now back at home in California, fulfilling the requirements to have all charges dropped. No probation - just time to make things right.
