Scott Smith was my attorney in my divorce case. He started out like gangbusters but as the case dragged out he begin to forget my case and confuse it with others in court. After several mistakes he would then stop communicating with me. I am a cllient of his that has paid my bill in full and I have not heard from him in over 6 months. I have called, emailed, and tried to get appointments and the office will not respond nor give me an appointment.
