I called multiple times requesting a consultation and they never did call me. They said they wrote my number down wrong the first time and even after they fixed it I never got a call.
Edited to add after the company's response - I searched the number listed on Google in my phone history for the exact dates I called: June 15th, June 21st, and July 21st.
