What a privilege it was to have an attorney who truly cared about my case. I retained Roy Gean III last year to finish what had been started. On the day I walked in for my consultation, i was totally impressed as Roy had already studied my case & had it printed out in front of him & was ready to go. If I had to chance to go back, I would have hired him from the beginning which would've eliminated so much unnecessary time, money & frustration. Unlike other attorneys I have worked with, Roy listens to the needs & concerns of the client, has integrity which is very important and possesses the knowledge & wisdom to win the case. His humility stood out instantly & he was a beast in the courtroom exposing every lie that was being spoken. Dont think twice, he is your guy.

Don't recommend he cost higher then most lawyers and doesn't do a good job on ur case he a Rush in and out tells you one thing and then changes it all up the next time you speak and show up for court lied and told me after my probation was over he would have my case expunged when I called to have it taken off he claims he doesn't recall the convo and wanted to charge me350 for it and he costed me 3500 when basically if he would have really done his job he could have fought my case with the proof I had to have it dropped all together but he sided with the da to make it a misdemeanor costing me more money . Not a trusting lawyer .

David provided me with a strategy and game plan moving forward. He was straightforward and direct. Highly recommend David Gean. I have a lot of respect for this firm.
