We were referred to Kevin HIckey and one of his associates, Brad Hull. From the initial consultation until the case reached mediation we were treated with respect and dignity. Our complaint was handled very professionally by Kevin and his team. Our case was an extremely complicated case with many different factors and several groups that were represented buy their individual attorneys. Kevin and Brad remained fair, firm and considerate to each attorney and every defendant throughout the case. It took approximately 1.5 years from the time Kevin agreed to accept it for us to reach mediation and complete the final steps of our case. Throughout the process, both Kevin and Brad as well as their team could not have been more supportive. Their insight and knowledge of civil law helped us to feel reassured that our case was being handled appropriately and that every option for each level of the case was explained with great detail. They were able to closely predict the course of the case at each level and were extremely respectful and quick to respond to any question or concern that we had. Their work in our case was always handled professionally and expeditiously and we were always well informed each step of the way. I would highly recommend this firm for any of your legal needs and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Divorce and child custody battles are never worry free however, Brad made my experience more peaceful than I ever expected it to be. After consulting with Brad, he assured me that he could take my case and he expected a positive outcome. I hired Brad and I never looked back. I could not be happier with how my case turned out. We got everything we wanted. Brad prepared exeptionally well for every hearing that we had. Mr. Hull is very professional and thorough. He listened intently to my concerns and issues, from our first meeting about my family law case, and he faught for me and what I wanted until the end. I recently suffered a terrible loss in court with a different attorney and consulted with a couple other attorneys about my most recent issues, before hiring Mr. Hull. The others were fearful of my case because they “don’t want to lose.” I’ll admit, my case was complicated and had potential for a “definite loss” in the political aspect of the judicial system. Brad not only gladly accepted my case, but he was victorious. He was also open, honest and fair when it came to fees. He did his best to work hard and quick to get the case closed as soon as possible to cost me as little as possible out of pocket. Finally, his communication was never lacking. He was always informing me of progress on the case and was quick to respond to all questions and return phone calls. I hope I never have to hire another family law attorney, or any attorney for that matter, but f I do, I will call Mr. Hull again. You will feel like you have someone on your side with Brad working and fighting for you.

Kevin and his team worked thoroughly with us to get our son adopted. They were informative, positive and were all around a great team to have. I will use Kevin and his team for all things needed, here on out.

Kevin Hickey handled a horrible custody battle for me in 2014. I was a frantic mess and he handled the entire ordeal with ease. It could have been a very ugly court battle; however, Kevin settled it outside of court in less than two weeks. His response time is a standard in which all attorneys should strive to imitate. I was always informed of the progress made on my case within hours. Kevin answered the questions that I didn't know to ask. Being in the court room frequently (in a professional capacity), I have witnessed Kevin represent many types of custody cases. He is aggressive in court and will not back down. It seems that nothing can "rattle" him. Kevin is well versed in DHS/CPS cases. He takes the time to study the policies/techniques of all agencies involved. Kevin is extremely personable. One Google search of his name and you'll see many high profile cases; nevertheless, Kevin is humble in conversation and attentive to each case- no matter how minor. If I ever need an attorney again, I know who I will call. He's more "than just an attorney", Kevin is a guarantee that "your side" will be heard and remembered when the judge makes the ruling.
