I just want everyone to know if you need a law firm that cares about you and your family go to McCutchen Sexton Napurano!! They were all so kind and helpful and went above and beyond to help us.

I have been fighting urban flooding and water quality in Fort Smith now for over a year. I am working with a local neighborhood with in the city limits of Fort Smith resolving some flood issues. Making sure they get their issues taken care of with the best possible outcome. I met with Joey with the neighborhood and when it came down to us making the decision to go with him.. This is what motivated me to choose him. How will this affect the citizens of Fort Smith. He is for the citizens of Fort Smith. We need someone that is when our local government cant take care of the issues that they are facing financially and accurately. During this time I have seen Joey passionately fighting the city for fixing the Northside of Fort Smith with the Consent Decree work from EPA and Dept of Justice. I have seen Joey fight for our Freedom of Information Act laws. I have also seen him work with local kids and build a repour with them as a mentor. I have seen him hold our city leaders accountable for their spending and tax issues at hand. I have personally gained complete trust in his judgement and would recommend using him if you want someone who is going to go all in and fight for what is right!!
