Josh and Mandy are very helpful! Always answering any questions I have and are always there to help me! My first time having to have a lawyer and I don’t think I could have picked a better one!

I’ve never been the type of guy to leave a negative review to hurt a person’s business but I’m sorry today is the day. I’m sure most civil attorneys are mainly used for landlords since Arkansas basically has no rights for tenants. I see he has great reviews from landlords but as a tenant I really feel he did me more harm than good. I’ve been fighting a unlawful detainer case for a year and Mr Eason said he would represent me for $500 which i thought was fair. He didn’t prepare for my case or from my point of view had no intentions of me winning. I had to write down questions for him to cross examine as if I was the attorney. I initially wanted to sue my landlord for all the illegal things he did to me but josh advised me not to. Rather than saying I don’t have time to prepare for your case so I can’t take it he basically went in court unprepared and his excuse was that he was new to the case. I had a video that was evidence proving my innocence but he told me we didn’t need it and after I lost the case he didn’t even ask for a little longer time for me to prepare to move. By the way this wasn’t residential it was for commercial property of my business. So I just want to say to any tenants looking for an attorney if you’re being treated unfairly he is not your guy. I’m sure he doesn’t care because he probably doesn’t represent many tenants but I had to let it be known.

I needed a lawyer for an eviction. Eason law was helpful, honest, and always answered questions promptly. I don’t believe my case would have been successful without Eason law firm.
