If I could give negative stars, that would happen. If you want a firm that will promise you resolution in a specific timeframe, assign your case to a series of the most incompetent junior attorneys available, ignore your case, lose your case, fail to follow up on anything, make you do all the research, attempt to charge you for time spent helping attorneys at other firms for someone else's case, and then refuse to refund your money after stealing, lying, and manipulating you for 18 months... this is the place for you. I hired this firm to handle a contractor who had stolen money for a renovation and then placed a lien on the home when I filed a complaint for the theft. Mr. Duke said it was an easy, straightforward case and to give them 30 days. Months later when I reached out due to no activity, I was told the junior attorney left the firm and my case "fell through the cracks". It was assigned to another junior attorney who made an attempt at filing the paperwork but completely messed it up and failed to ask for a court date. Months continued to roll by. Mr. Duke said he broke his arm, that he had been sick, that he had been on vacation.. always a new excuse as to why nothing had been done. At one point I received a bill for time the junior attorney spent conveying all of my research on the nasty contractor to an attorney at a different firm for a different victim! When I confronted them, I was told they were very sorry and they would finish my case without further charges. Months and months continued to go by as did the excuses, if I wasn't being completely ignored. After nearly 2 years, I had to hire an attorney from a different firm who was magically able to resolve the entire case in under 45 days. Wallace, Martin, Duke & Russell continued to ignore me before finally sending me a refund check last week for an insulting $164 out of the $1500 that they stole and did nothing with. This firm has zero integrity. They have zero work ethic. Do NOT trust them with your money, time, or property. Their complete negligence cost me tens of thousands in property loss, time, distress, etc. Stay FAR, FAR away.

Worst experience ever

Words can’t begin to describe how much we love and appreciate this firm. We mainly worked with Valerie Goudie on our step parent adoption but there were a few occasions her peers helped research. The entire staff never ceases to make you feel important. Thank you all so much for putting up with us the last 10 months. And a special thank you to Valerie for putting in so much time, sleepless nights, document after document, and love into our case. She works with you on payments and She does charge for emails ;) but it is so worth it.
