I contacted Dale Duke through an employer's legal program and the service he provided was horrible. No follow through and communication was horrible (only ever heard from him if I called first to ask for any updates). Ended up dropping the whole thing because I don't need more work and hassle than the appt management company was already giving us. Would not recommend them, especially if that is the work ethic of a name partner at the firm. I even had to research and get him the legal statute involved in our case...

I talked to her once Ms O'Guinn and for weeks several several weeks she never called me back about my case. And the money's gone because I sent her everything and she was the one person that I was hoping for to take my case but she never called me back and it was ACC that told me that exhaust all remedies and she was one that seemed really nice and wanted to take my case but apparently not.

Mays Byrd really really blessed me and my family…. They fought for me and my cousin for 5 years into we got the settlement we deserved. I honestly was ready to take a total loss but Mays Byrd associates was keeping me updated with reassurance she doing everything that needs to be done, and she did it. My experience was great from beginning to end. Attorney O’Guinn is great! Very compassionate. She fought hard for my daughter after her accident. My daughters’ settlement was a whole lot more than what the insurance company offered her. Everyone at the office that I came in contact with was always very professional and helpful. I highly recommend.
