I hired Kevin Wells in my divorce involving the custody of my children. While Kevin comes across as very polite he was otherwise useless for my case. I provided meticulous details including emails, text messages and a thorough timeline of events. None the less Kevin was unfamiliar with any of the details or extensive files in my case. He did not develop a case strategy what so ever. Did not even try to get a discovery. Did not speak up for me at all, not even once and would not return my emails. I basically paid Kevin to be a secretary for the plaintiff. He was far too eager to facilitate what ever was requested by the plaintiffs attorney and never asked for anything from them. He went to the deposition with me however he didnt say anything towards assisting me...oh, I think that he answered one question that I asked him. Beware of this attorney, he will speak kindly to you just to get your money and then do absolutely nothing to help you win.

Family was in an accident almost 4 years ago and still haven't received anything from it. Never could get in touch with anyone about it last we heard was an issue with the insurance company and we should know something in a few weeks but here it is years later and still have no clue in what's going on. I wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone.

Highly unsatisfactory! The communication was awful and unpromising. There was no guarantee on any agreement made. The payments promised were once late and then didn't show up at all. I would never recommend using the business. Not doing any business with them at all would save so much time and money (guaranteed). It's been almost a year and progress hasn't been made. The personal tries to act professional however never make handles business professionally. The performance by most of the staff members were past poor and not showing any potential for improvement. The company is honestly awful as a whole.

Mr. Steve Niswanger very successfully defended our family in a lawsuit a thousand miles away from our home in another state. The year long lawsuit is finally over and such a relief for all of us thanks to Steve and his staff, especially Lynne. Throughout the entire process we were kept apprised of every event and had all our questions answered thoroughly and promptly. We are so fortunate to have Steve Niswanger as our attorney as he is such a professional, efficient, capable, and honorable person.
