Trey was incredibly helpful during my divorce. Upfront he told me what to expect and he was spot on. He also helped settle the case without going to court - which was of course my preference. I used Trey for my divorce. It was a whirlwind of garbage, as divorce always can be, but he was there every step of the way with guidance. Emails were normally answered same day, and when more clarification was needed, phone calls followed immediately after emailed questions I would ask. I always felt as though he was covering all the bases for me. My Ex was trying to screw me every step of the way and constantly trying to change the terms to her advantage only. With a child involved, custody was also an issue that Trey helped me navigate. Divorce Sucks.... It sucks a lot less when you have Trey in your corner. Trey represented us on a very challenging custody modification case. He did an excellent job preparing us and evidence for the emergency hearing, depositions and trial. He was very direct and honest about what to expect, provided great advice, and listened to all of our concerns.
