I was in a car accident and I contacted Pfeifer Law firm to handle for myself and husband. As mine was a little order and had some difficulty on notnpart of the attorney. My husband & I had been working on securing Social Security Disability for him since 2020. His initial application was denied, which shocked me, given the state of his medical issues at that time. We needed to appeal the decision quickly. We made the decision to retain legal counsel. I did not know an attorney that specialized in this field, so I simply Google searched “Best SSD attorney in Arkansas”. The top of the list was Attorney Paul Pfeiffer. So, I called him. The first thing I noticed-he answered the call, which was my first call. That’s old school good business-answer your calls. After a conversation with myself, my husband, and Mr. Pfeiffer, we made the decision that this was the right attorney for our issue. We were promptly sent necessary documents to get started, signed on in either late January or early February, and Paul got to work. He cautioned us that this process would not be a fast process. He made certain that all pertinent documents and deadlines were met. At this point, we were waiting for a hearing date, which could take months or even a year or more. Then, the unthinkable happened- my husband died unexpectedly in March. A few days after he passed, I called Paul, and while I cried & explained what had happened-plus the fact that we were at that time without life insurance-he listened with empathy, consoled and calmed me, he said this to me: “We are going to get some back benefits for you.” (Back benefits are what you get if your case drags on, is finally approved, and you get a bulk amount for the months you should have been paid). He also gave me advice, gratis, on exactly what I needed to apply for through Social Security as a widow. He helped me all the way through the maze of decisions I had to make, while I was grieving. He requested & was granted an expedited hearing date-this, in and of itself, is a small miracle. September 2022, we had our hearing date with a judge. Paul & I spoke several times the week before the hearing, and he told me what to expect, and advised me on how best to prepare for my testimony. 1 month later-we found out that we won the hearing. We were both ecstatic. This back pay is instrumental in providing me with funds so that I have money to move forward. Paul truly went above and beyond the parameters of what was required of him for our case. He was accessible as needed, and returned calls & emails in a timely manner. I absolutely will use Paul Pfeiffer as my attorney, should I have further need. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Paul for anyone needing legal advice or representation. Paul was very easy to work with on my auto claim. He negotiated with my chiropractor and my health insurance as well as the auto insurer. He was able to get me a full policy limit settlement. I can't give me enough praise to equal the job he did for my family.
