Mark Hampton is the attorney you want to hire, he is excellent in the law, as well as in every aspect of the attorney client relationship I have only hired Mark for one case, i had contacted several attorneys regarding the matter, each one had reservations about a resolution in my favor. I had researched it as i do with all matters and was convinced i was not in violation of any law. Other attorneys were telling me they wanted 5000 up front to take the case, and not offering really any hope of winning. I happened upon Hampton while reviewing attorneys.. One call to his office, the secretary put me right through to Mark. He listened told me to come in and show him what I had.. At a short review of my case, Mark looked up at me and stated, " they just aren't getting it are they?" No sir, it is crystal clear to me.. I missed my omnibus hearing when i had another attorney, lucky the court was understanding.. the attorney i had when i contacted him told jme he knew i missed the court date and it wasnt his job to make sure i know it was arriving.. I asked if he thought it wasnt important to meet with the client before the trial, he told me i didnt have a case to argue, thee was no need. The case was dismissed before the trial got underway, Mark had shown the DA that they had no case that i had acted withing the bounds of the law 100%. That is Mark Hampton on the law, the rest of how Mark Hampton handles his practice is outstanding as well. I have hired attorneys no many how many times you try and reach them, no matter the urgency, they refuse to respond. I have never called Marks office and not had him either take the call if he was availiable, if he is in court or with a client, he responds very quickly and never once has he not responded. I guess what I am saying is.. You get Mark Hamptons attention when you become his client, he has helped me in so many other areas of my life, offering perspective and experience. If i got off here right now and called his office no matter what about.. he would make himself availiable. This is the attorney you want, I have hired several.. Mark will always be my first call in legal matters, if it is a case he doesnt feel he has experience, I will always look to him for a reference. He has earned my complete trust. * stopped by regarding a matter the other day..more to get some, his son guidance, his son called.. he asked his son to go to his mothers house and gave him a brief list of things me needed to do for her.. he told his son it would be 230 or so before he would be able to by there.. That speaks volumes to me, obviously he is involved in the care of his mother, hands on, what respect I have for that.
