I went in told them exactly what I wanted and what i didn't want to happen they were very informative from the start and didn't sugar coat a thing. They turned a horrible situation into the best possible outcome for me and my family.We are very grateful and send a special thank you to Samantha and Jason for their sedulous work.

I just want to take a moment to help those who need an attorney themselves or are looking for an attorney or law firm to represent someone they know or care about but not sure who to choose. Let me share this with you. Any law office or attorneys that can actually provide legit, solid defenses are few and far between. Then, every so often you’ll hear of some attorneys that seem to get the impossible done and have so many times. I am not in the habit of retaining attorneys for traffic tickets, however hiring Morledge Law Firm and Jason Kidder Attorney was honestly the best decision I made. When I initially spoke to Mr. George (Birc) Morledge on the phone he was so easygoing and kind to me and referred me to Jason Kidder. Jason is very hands on, adroit and very knowledgeable of the statutes and was either responding to me in texts or calls as needed, notwithstanding his busy caseload. Excellent! Absolutely incredible service! I received a ticket for 21 mph over the limit. I call the Mileage Law Firm and spoke with Birc Morledge. He immediately had Mr. Jason Kidder contact me, literally within 5 minutes of our phone call, and we spoke about my ticket. Mr. Kidder asked me to send him some information. I email all requested information to Mr. Kidder, and his assistant Savannah, and they started working it that day. I received a phone call from Mr. Kidder the next day about getting my ticket handled at a MUCH lower level AND IT DIDN'T GO ON MY LICENSE!!! Everything was completely handled and taken care of within 1 or 2 weeks, and almost 3 weeks before my court date! I had a question about paying for my fine online, I callled and Teresa was very helpful. Spectacular service! WORTH EVERY SINGLE CENT!

My son paid Birc at least $20,000 and is still in prison. Birc promised that he would only do 14 months if he took the deal. He promised me that he would only have to do 14 months. That was December 7th of 2021. Birc is the crook.
