I can't even get a call back office person answered the phone and said she would have sunshine call me no call yet a week later. I'm in need of a lawyer 😩

DO NOT USE LAUREN HOOVER! Not only does she not tell you where your money goes and gives you a printed out explanation of where goes with NO EXPLANATION but then you make an agreement of payment for 100 a month and towards the end when I appealed an order had $269 left of paying her she decided to put $6400 on my account with no explanation and then put a lien on my house and there was nothing I could do. She lied to me through the whole process, even though I was the one paying her. She talked my sister and I out of a financial investigative report because she said we didn’t need it even though I told her that my husband was hiding money for the last 12 years, but that I had all of the taxes that I put in a spreadsheet for her. When another lawyer told us to do an investigative report should’ve been done first thing by the time we did it, my husband had already shut down his credit. I had proof of it. I did not notice it till after the divorce, but Lauren should’ve caught it. And I believe she did, but she protected my ex even though she was my lawyer. I caught her in many lies, but not till after because we were stupid enough to believe everything that she told us. I do not recommend her, look up the reviews! There is no communication, I even had to show up at the office because they wouldn’t answer my phone call for a court date. I had to show up and ask them for the address so I could be there on time. If you want a good outcome, do not go to this group! Every lawyer should give you an absolute detailed to the last five minutes of what they spent your money on! They should spell everything out with your options. They should be honest with you. Do your OWN research, This lawyer cost me hundreds of thousands of dollars, NO MORALS!

Hearing this law firm on Power92 had me and my wife thinking we were in good hands. Well the the experience I received was not good at all. Tiffany O’Quinn was my lawyer and mane why did I do that? I never got paid for my time off from work. I had to pay $1000 out the money for my car to keep the rental until I found a vehicle. And what I had left over was enough to pay my medical bill. What she took from me and my wife was highway robbery. Then she don’t never return calls back. Don’t never hear from her Never again

Mr. Richard Mays was amazing. He took care of rather difficult case where I was hit by a car driven by a youngster who ran away from the scene. He was able to negotiate this seemingly difficult case with superb professionalism. Also, he is very kind and would spend time to talk to you about the case as well as updated me often. Also, at his office, there are two very kind female persons working for him, one is Shirley Riley who is just wonderful answering my questions every time I called or visited the office.
