Birc saved my life and my future. Because of him, I got the best possible outcome for my case. He personally answered the first phone call and every call since then. My case went on for almost two years, and he was there for me every step of the way. He is very personable and comes off organized and confident in the courtroom. I highly recommend Birc for every situation big or small because he fights for the best possible outcome for his clients. I had a wonderful experience with Will. I had never been to court before and was worried about and confused with the whole process. He made it so amazingly simple on me that I times I didn’t even believe it was real. He helped negotiate my final sentence to the absolute minimum my count would allow. The day of court was incredibly easy with him helping direct and show me where to go. He even helped me jump my battery in the parking lot when my car wouldn’t start afterwards. I highly recommend this law firm.

The last straw was pulled that broke the camels back, I was involved in a divorce and a falsely accused criminal case, it was a bad situation all together. If it can be won, he will win it for you. From the first call (that he personally answered) to the trial, I was treated the way it should be. He handled the emotional ups and downs with that human touch. Leading up the trial was easy and he was open to my suggestions. He spent the time to learn my case well enough to ask me for things I never thought of. The place he really shines is in the room with the judge. Helped me get my divorce and even got me alimony! I didn't even know Arkansas was an alimony state!!!! I highly recommend, seems really sweet but he is a BEAST in court!

I called in order to discuss this particular law firm taking my case and after 20 mins of going back and forth with me the man on the other end of the line hung up in my face .
