Very rude and unprofessional. Just hung up on me during consultation without even hearing all the details.

I have a nephew with Intellectual Disabilities that desperately needed disability services. Paul helped me with my appeal. Paul was always one step ahead of me and guided me through all of it. He was very professional and always stayed in contact with me. I would not have won my appeal if it were not for Paul.

Hired Mr. Pfeifer when my former employer fought against my unemployment benefits stating that my termination was within my control. He was very professional. He stayed in contact and walked me through the appeal hearing. If not for him, I may have lost my appeal.

Paul was by far the best attorney we have dealt with over the years. Our accident was in 2009 and of course insurance did not want to pay because the person who caused the accident was not injured but the two other cars there were 5 people all of whom needed from more minor injuries to my injuries which we are still dealing with and also will. Paul handled a case for my family and did a wonderful job. He was great about keeping us informed during the process. Probably the biggest relief to me was not having to deal with the back-and-forth paperwork and negotiations on the matter. Paul did all of that! He was not intimidated by the insurance company, but dealt with them in a manner which brought about a resolution better than we had even anticipated.
