I went for a consult last year to file contempt motion on my ex-husband. Natalie Dickson all but said I would not win the contempt and made excuses for ex. Obviously hired another attorney and judge ordered everything in my favor. An attorney who is supposed to represent you yet plays devil advocate for both sides is not an attorney I wanted to shell out thousands of dollars to. It’s apparent I made the right decision.

Good service

After multiple calls, and being told I would be called back for a consultation, even being told a specific day I would be called back, I never heard from this firm. The 2nd time I called, the lady who answered the phone was quite rude and acted as if answering my call was a burden. Now, I understand that people have bad days, but to be treated that way after not being called back like I was told I would be, left a sour taste in my mouth. I'll be moving forward with a different firm, so I can't review how well they handle cases. But, if it's anything like how they handle prospective clients, I'd say it's not very well.

I had a car accident, hadn't had one in decades so I was really confused about how to proceed. So after being bombarded by unsolicited phone calls, letters and even strangers knocking on my door, I contacted Mays Byrd and O'Guinn. The attorneys and staff are very professional and walked me through this grueling process. Once I told the ambulance chasers, that I had representation all of the calls and strange visitors stopped. The law firm took care of everything, I did have to haggle with the insurance company or their lawyers, which was a huge relief. I hope to never have another accident again, but if I know that Mays Byrd and O'Guinn is my first call. Thanks so very much folks.
