We contacted Chris Oswalt in July of 2017 to start a child custody case. We paid $150 for a phone consult and from the get-go he couldn't wait to get off the phone. He barely answered any questions we had, got agitated with us and told us if the child isn't being beaten we should give up going any further because it would be an expensive loss. We contacted Tammy Gattis and she took our case, got us primary custody, and a monetary settlement.

Chris, Lisa and Dee made sure that I had all the information I needed to make sound, protective decisions for my legal needs. Chris went to fight for me and made me feel like I mattered. f you are in need of an attorney definitely give Robertson, Oswalt and Associates a call. They go over and beyond and will make sure you understand what is happening. We were represented by Chris Oswalt, who was always courteous, honest, and informative. When it came time for us to make a decision to settle or not he did everything he could to make sure we received what was most important to us for our case. Highly highly recommend this firm.

I called and the woman who answered the phone was horribly rude and actually yelled at me “well, if you’ll let me speak!”. I highly recommend you fire this woman if you want to obtain new clients and keep current ones. This is the worst I’ve ever been treated by a business representative. Do NOT recommend!!
