Chris Oswalt played a monumental part in getting my little boy home. I was frustrated at how quickly my $5,000 retainer ran up but in the end I had over a thousand dollars left and he contacted me to ask where he could send a check. In the end all that matters is whether or not he gets the job he sets out to do done and I believe he regularly does. Lawyers aren't there to hold your hand, they are there to fight for their clients. He's not afraid of hard work or a challenge, but don't expect him to spare your feelings. He can be slightly abrasive but when it's your children your fighting for you should be able to handle anything thrown at you.
