They claim to take cases protecting elders and the hard cases. That’s not true. My grandma was abused, sent home naked, and mistaken for an end of Life patient. They said they couldn’t take the case and had no feedback.

After a week waiting for a response to an email inquiry, finally got a call back. They didn’t get all information and even had the wrong body part. I’m still currently in treatment for the malpractice but they told me it has been too long. Last surgery was 4 weeks ago and still being treated for the damage caused by the surgeon. If you don’t have all the information, wrong body part and only about 20% of information on a case how can you deny looking at it or even allowing me to speak to the attorney with all information? Happy I’m not choosing this law firm but others need to be aware. Happily with a different attorney that I could personally speak to and that was willing to listen to my case.

A nursing home abused my mother to the point her heart had stopped. Her body was covered in wounds and bruises. Her ear half rotted off from their abuse. Reddick Law firm said they would take the case after I sent them all the pictures and medical records. After a year of me having to call them and Reddick repeatedly losing medical records and not making any effort to get the records themselves, they call me after a year to say they no longer want to pursue the case. Don't waste your time and energy on them.
