I looked at all the reviews when I hired this attorney. And was willing to pay the $350 an hour to have a good attorney. My experience with him was awful. Although I was paying him to work for me he was more about himself and doing “extra” things to make more money. Doesn’t really like to include you in what he is doing just wants you to pay the bill it was like pulling teeth to get them to keep me informed. My divorce should have been cut and dried and simple . 7 months later I’m still married and several thousand dollars poorer. I ended up hiring another attorney . I would not recommend him to anyone unless you have time to waste and deep pockets . Definitely not helping his client just helping himself to as many things as he can charge you for to get money!

Jim handled my case with my X when she wanted to modify our settlement agreement 10 years after it was settled. He won this case and the appeal she filed later. Case was handled very professionally and I was kept informed at all times. Would recommend without hesitation.
