My husband and I were so proud when we started our Year of Adulting. Like all good procrastinators, it took us three years to finish. Today, we finally put our signatures on our estate plans. Being a former trusts & estates paralegal, I know that estate planning is a necessary, but not always pleasant, Thing That Must Be Done. Luckily, we got the excellent recommendation of Gayle Corley from our financial planner and our insurance agent. Even though we are procrastinators, Gayle and Monty (her paralegal) are not. We were able to get in, meet with Gayle, go over our situation, and get down to business. Gayle did our estate plans including a trust for our poodles. She did it with a lovely balance of professionalism and personality and turned what can be a downer into a real celebration of the life that my husband and I have built together and helped us create a plan that is smart, modern, and takes care of all the people and the pets that matter to us. If you need an estate plan or simply think it would be a good time to review what you have in place, you owe it to yourself (and your loved ones) to have Gayle draft it or dissect it and make sure that your current documents do what you want done.

I had specific conditions stated upfront that were not met. My Lawyer extremely high price, and the advice given wasn't worth the money paid. Also after case is closed , your lawyer will not answer anymore questions unless you open up your pocket book. Even if was their fault due to bad advice. Do not use this firm.

I have engaged the services of Mr. Duke more than once. He is legally brilliant, determined, and compassionate. Our opposition was comprised of unscrupulous characters who would go to any length to manipulate the system and entrap us. We were so thankful that Mr. Duke was standing in front of us. He saved my family thousands of dollars and gave us comforting counsel along the way. I will definitely be calling him next time.

I would not recommend this law firm to anyone! Only out for money dont care for the client.

Do not feel that I received the results that their firm claims to be able to deliver. I feel that my lawyer made my situation worse and was much too agreeable with the opposing counsel.
