I have been going through a very difficult/high conflict divorce and custody case. It has been going through the court system now going on 2+ years now. Giana has done a fantastic job representing me and getting me the best possible outcomes for my situation. She has worked with me, and been patient with payments, and been very helpful and kind to me personally. From my experience, she is a great attorney, and I would recommend her highly.

She has proven to be consistent and forthright in her advice, skilled above her peers in the court room, and well educated to boot. The Hart Law Firm is the greatest! Not only do they make you feel comfortable in the office you are actually treated like family. The atmosphere in the office is not like any other, you don’t feel the anxiety of being in a law office. You can tell from their mannerisms that they really care for your well being. They’re professional and very through on how they handle cases brought before them. They explain everything in a way to you on your case to where you don’t have to have a law degree to understand. Mr. Hart and the wonderful ladies that work in the office or with him are down to earth, a hard quality to find anymore in today’s world. Full props to them. They went above and beyond and won my case beyond my expectations. All i can say is go see for yourself and you’ll be amazed! I wish i could express my feelings better, so I suggest you see them first and not waste your time looking elsewhere.

She takes the time to really understand the details of your case and will go out of her way to help get your life back on track during difficult times. Not only did she help my dad get organized through a hard time, he gained a friendship with Brooke. I know in the world of law, it shouldn't be about making friends but she builds a level of trust that goes above and beyond! We would definitely use her again for anything that may arise in the future.

Gayle spent a considerable amount of time talking with me about my father's veteran benefits (even though he lived in Wisconsin at the time). This means she provided her valuable time and information...knowing that she couldn't represent my father. She suggested I find a qualified attorney in Wisconsin. Well five years have passed and my father now lives in Arkansas. I plan on bringing my father to meet with her asap. Bottom line: She is an expert in her field and genuinely wants to help her clients. It was touching to me to have someone care about my father's unique veteran status.
