Gayle has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to Estate Planning. She walked my husband and I through setting up our Trust. We had no clue where to start and we had no idea how much is involved in having a Trust prepared. Mr. Dustin Duke represented me in my divorce and child custody case back in 2007. To make my story short, in 2017, my narcissistic ex-husband managed to get granted a full custody of our child. I reached out to Mr. Duke for help, but he was completely booked with clients. So I reached out another lawyer who agreed to do it Probono, but unfortunately, the judge denied making changes to the custody. I reached out other family lawyers but they rejected me stating that my case was “difficult.”, “possible failure” Time was passing by, and I desperately contacted Mr. Duke again and this time I was lucky he accepted to represent me. I was denied twice the custody; things were not expected to be easy in Judge Moore’s courtroom. On my court day, Mr. Duke came well prepared and confident to win my case. He brought a large binder full of neatly organized supporting documents, ad-litem reports, pictures and audios to demonstrate a substantial change in circumstances so custody can be changed, again. He also brought his assistant; Mr. Morris, also a lawyer, to help with audio – no extra charge. Mr. Duke fought like a lion and made the defendant and his lawyer, Mr. Worsham, a bit nervous. Worsham seemed upset anticipating failure and finally he just couldn’t do anything when the judge finally gave me the custody back. Mr. Duke worked diligently and hard in my case. I am forever grateful! He’s my hero. I’m glad the other lawyers didn’t take my case. In a nutshell; Mr. Duke is a well experienced Family lawyer; he goes above and beyond the standards preparing for your case. He’s 24/7 available to you. (Who’d do this?) He’s diligent, efficient, pays attention to tiny details and has excellent communication skills. He’s not arrogant or greedy like many others. He’s is a great counselor, honest and trustworthy. He’s the best! I'd use him again.

DO NOT USE THIS PERSON! I wish I could give him zero stars. He is UNETHICAL, constantly UNPREPARED, very UNORGANIZED, and highly CONFRONTATIONAL; especially when he is turned down romantically after very inappropriate and uninvited propositions. The first meeting that I had with this person was via Zoom. He seemed energetic and prepared to work. Then, I met with him in his office which was untidy and very bare. During that meeting, he even received a phone call informing him that his credit card payment was declined. Though I was leery, I felt it would be nice to give him a shot since he doesn't seem to be doing much business at all. For the first two months, everything was going well. Then, he began to proposition me inappropriately. I tried to brush off the comments and requests and stick to focusing on the reason I hired him, but that was not of interest to this person. He even offered to fight the defendant (my ex-lover) in the court's parking lot after the case was completed. I, finally, after my sister and friends (even a friend who is an attorney) stated that his comments and propositions were very inappropriate, I emailed him to explicitly clarify that I only wanted a professional relationship with him; nothing more, nothing less. He and I spoke on the phone, in the presence of my sister as a witness, and he asked me if I wanted to keep him retained because he wanted to still keep the case. I told him that was fine with me and we, I felt, moved forward. After that conversation, everything went downhill. He began to be very distant, short, unresponsive, unhelpful, uninterested, and very disengaged with my case. He has even tried to stall my case several times lying to the court that we cannot find one of the persons to be served when he has not even attempted to find her. He even told me today: "If I call around it is the same as you calling around; it won't be any different..." Mind you, in three to four verbal conversations prior to this final call today, he agreed to find someone for me. When that seemed to not be happening, I took the initiative to find someone and inquire with him as to what he felt would be a next move. He told me to "wait on him to talk to someone he knows and he'd get back with me". His "get back with me" is as empty as his client list; it is nonexistent. I have already paid for one person to be served and we know his whereabouts, but this person never served the other party. He kept stating that it'd be best to serve the other party first. Neither ever occurred and this was back in May of this year. He's even sent me documentation he stated was mine, but it was actually someone's documentation with their personal information listed on them. Today, while trying to discuss with him what I felt our barrier was and how to get around it, he YELLED at me while constantly cutting me off and refused to let me speak. Thankfully, I recorded the entire conversation to where you can clearly hear him cutting me off as I speak from the beginning of the conversation until the end. He literally cut me off to YELL at me: "I am no longer going to represent you; you can't force me to work with you." What in the world?!!! Not even five minutes before that he asked me clearly on the recording if I wanted to continue to work with him before going into what he felt out next steps should be. The only thing I wanted to do was get on the same page because it's been difficult since I turned him down sternly. This lack of a man who is beyond unprofessional and should be disbarred. You cannot throw a case and then refuse to represent someone because your ego is hurt that you couldn't sleep with your client. This man is DISGUSTING and should not be allowed to serve anyone in any capacity as his maturation level is that of a teenage boy. EVERYONE SHOULD STEER CLEAR OF THIS ARROGANT BABY-MAN; ESPECIALLY WOMEN!!
