The firm is strictly out to make money. We spent a lot of money to avoid probate only to have to go through probate because the firm that we paid for their expertise and services only provided us documents used from a template and expected the client to know all questions and answers prior to signing the engagement letter.

Look at the one-star reviews for this company. Look at how they handle situations where there are problems with their work. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to get a client. What I needed was an aggressive lawyer, what I got was a high dollar secretary.
