My wife and I went to Pinnacle Legacy for information about their services and was interested with what we heard. We provided requested information and never heard from them. We called, left messages for over a month, never got a return call of any updates on the process. So, I went by the office to retrieve my documents and now I get a request to tell the google about our experience with Pinnacle Legacy. Well, I won’t go back to them. Maybe our net worth wasn’t worth their time.?

Stan and his staff are very knowledgeable and trustworthy. They took the time to listen and prepare our trust documents. I did receive a mailer from his office and the salutation was “Dear Value Customer” I believe when sending out a mailer the salutation should always have your customer’s name.
