Kathryn is a superb attorney. Her knowledge and comprehension of the legal system is astounding. Kathie exudes a distinct feeling of confidence and capability with all legal matters, which has set my mind at ease. Her representation of me has been excellent. She has and will continue to be my attorney of choice. Kathie has genuine compassion and concern for her clients. After our initial consult, she provided me with a phone number that allowed me to contact her at all times. Kathie kept me up-to-date on the status of the case and anticipated and was prepared for any twists or snags that my court cases might encounter. I hired Kathryn on two separate occasions in response to my ex husbands request to modify our custody agreement. The first time, she was outstanding. She was flexible on payments, she was direct and knowledge and made me feel at ease that I could trust her. The second time however was a different story. It took me numerous calls to get a hold of her to even review the modification I was served with. Once I got a hold of her, things seemed to look like they would work out fine. I was in the process of moving (my husband is military) and she ended up going to court on my behalf because she was unable to get the court date changed and I wasn't able to be present at that time. I began to call her to check the status on what she had drafted up about a month out from the date. She would either not return my calls or when she did, she said she didn't have any new information on moving the date. I finally heard from her the night before the scheduled hearing around 11 pm and she went over her draft of what her and my ex husband's attorney had come to an agreement on. Everything seemed fine and the next morning she called right before the hearing with more demands from my ex. I was pretty much told to agree with what he wanted or I was going to make things more difficult. I was told that the judge at the time wasn't the nicest and if we couldn't agree he was the kind of judge to make his own call on matters. So I trusted her and let her continue with her advice. After the new modification was read into the record, she called me and said all was good and after the holidays she am would send me copies of everything. The holidays past and nothing. Finally after numerous calls, I get th copies of the new modification from her. I had noticed that there were things snuck in the record that were never reviewed by me and never agreed to. When I tried to call and email her about it, she never responded back to me. Now, I'm dealt with a huge headache and having to find another attorney to help me sort out this mess. I'll admit that I was supposed to pay Kathryn one final payment and I never sent it. I didn't feel like she did her job and represented me properly. If advise anyone who uses her to make sure you are present in court when she's there. I didn't feel she represented me properly and I think this was due to her not having her things in order early. I felt like o was rushed and pushed to the side as if she didn't have time to deal with me.

I would highly reccomend Kathryn L. Hudson for any legal problems.

Kathie has been my attorney dealing with an out-of-state custody battle. Not only has she been in constant communication with me on EVERY issue pertaining to the case, but she was the first lawyer I've ever worked with to take an initial consultation on the day (and at the time) that I originally called to inquire, the first to provide me with a phone number to contact/text her at any time, and the first to REALLY care about my case. Her depth and breadth of knowledge on family court matters is amazing. Her ability to understand a case and strategically move forward is unmatched by any other family lawyer I've worked with. Hands down, she's the best. I now have custody of my children and it would not have been possible were it not for the level of care and follow through she delivered on this case.

My childs mother was constantly harassing me. Being jealous of my wife she made bribes with more time with our child if i stayed at my parents (away from my wife and other 2 kids) when it began to be more hostile i hired Ms Hudson to represent me. She was very efficient. everything was handled fast and now i wish i would have called her sooner! i definitely recomend her to anyone!

My company was trying to cheat me out of a retirement. I had tried several times in person and by correspondence to clear this up and was just being ignored.
