My wife and I were referred to Don by another attorney we trust. We thought our Chapter 7 bankruptcy case would be complicated. It involved sizeable credit card debt and loans. HE LOST MY 5 YEAR OLD CASE BECAUSE HE DID NOT DO HIS HOMEWORK AT ALL . STUDDIED MY CASE THE DAY BEFORE TRIAL. HE ACTED LIKE HE HAD NO IDEA WHAT HE WAS DOING. HE HAD SHAKY HANDS WHILE HE WAS GIVING HIS CLOSING ARRGUMENT TO THE JURY. I SHOULD HAVE WON THIS CASE THERE WAS NO REASON FOR ME NOT TO. NOW I'M $ 30,000.00 IN DEBT.
