Mr Ballard was patient and matter-of-fact. I couldn't have been the easiest client (questions, unnecessary comments/"corrections", etc...), and he saw me through to the end of a complicated and tedious trial process. In the end, Mr Ballard ensured that justice was served, and I never served a day or paid a dime toward the false charges that were brought against me.
