I hired Allison to represent me in a very ugly (and ongoing) custody dispute, and I wish I’d just hired the attorney I have now, from the start. Allison represented me poorly, caved to everything that the other party asked for, and, has failed for the last 5+ months to provide me with an itemized bill summary, despite multiple requests from me. Further, when problems arose as a result of the new custody orders, she completely ignored my attempts to get further help protecting/representing myself. I’m now tied up in an even bigger mess with my ex over this custody situation, and my child has suffered for it. I found a different attorney, who’s thus far already done a much better job of representing me than she did. She may do a great job representing clients for other issues, but I would not recommend hiring her for any sort of custody case.

100% recommend Allison and her team! They go above and beyond. Know the law and GET IT DONE!!! They treat you like family! 10/10 would use them again!!!

I hired an attorney who is now a judge. He completely left me hanging and let my case fall between the cracks. He charged a $5,000.00 retainer and did almost nothing to earn even a small portion of that. He notified me close to my final hearing that he was elected judge and didn't have time for my case. He left me hanging for around a year! Not only did he not refund any of my money, but had the nerve to say I owed him an additional amount. I constantly had to call and try to get updates on my case and he billed me for them! Allison stepped in, worked her butt off for me and made me feel like she was personally invested in my case. She was straight forward, to the point and kept me on course if I started to react in a way that would hurt my case or not be productive. I would use her again in a heartbeat! She's a sweet person an excellent attorney! Did she call back everytime? No. I think she did that to avoid charging me for additional time for things she might not be able to answer at the time and wanted me to get the most for my retainer. I would recommend her completely!
