RUN!!!! These people will rip off their clients just a much as the people you're suing did. They will do absolutely bare minimum work and charge you hundreds of dollars for the same "checking in" emails that just repeat the same bs over and over. They will charge you for their technical errors and having to resubmit paperwork that has nothing to do with you. They also take weeks to respond to a simple question. They will spend about 8 months and 6k having done literally nothing but serve the defendant. And then ask for several thousand more to replenish a retainer that was used up with their time wasting. Look at their Yelp reviews. Those are the real ones. I do not believe these 5 star reviews are real for one second!!! We fired them and are back to square one. Having to completely restart a lawsuit with new attorneys. They are unbelievably bad!! I've worked with great attorneys before who were efficient and got the outcome I wanted. I have a very clear case to win with tons of evidence, and Elizabeth couldn't even walk this grand slam around the bases. What a major waste of time and money. Total scam lawyers!!!!

Beware!!! Beware of Lion Legal Services – Dishonest and Unreliable If you’re considering using Lion Legal Services, I strongly urge you to think twice. They offer to represent you on a $750/month legal plan with a $3,000 retainer, which sounds reasonable at first, but it’s misleading. My experience with them has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing. I hired them to pursue a legal case, but since the beginning, I’ve faced constant issues with communication. They only seem interested in responding when it’s about payment. Any questions or important updates regarding my case go ignored unless I persistently follow up. They promised me the world during our initial conversations, saying they’d fight until they couldn’t anymore, but as soon as things became serious and court was approaching, their attitude completely changed. If you disagree with them or push back on their approach, they’ll drop you without hesitation, keeping all the money you’ve paid—even if your case hasn’t gone to court yet. They don’t keep you informed unless you repeatedly ask for updates. The communication is so poor that important details about my case were overlooked because they didn’t respond to my messages. This isn’t an isolated incident. I wish I’d checked other reviews instead of just the ones on their website, as my experience aligns with other complaints. They appear to be taking on too many cases, neglecting clients, and padding their pockets without delivering the quality or commitment they initially promise. Closer to court, they start asking for additional thousands or threaten to drop your case altogether, leaving you stranded after months of delays. Don’t be fooled by the $3,000 offer—they’re not truly invested in your case, just in keeping their bills paid. If you’re looking for reliable, communicative, and committed legal support, you won’t find it here. Save yourself the frustration and find a firm that values its clients and their cases. I can't say enough kind things about Paige and Kristy! They worked so hard and diligently on my custody case, and made me feel heard during the entire process. They will forever have a special place in my heart because of what they did for my family, and I will ALWAYS be thankful for them!
