I am a client... I am currently using the legal services for contested divorce. You always here about how terrible divorces are, I can assure you they are. As a widower, I will go as far to say divorce is worse. While I don't know all the things lawyers do in divorce cases, I really appreciate having a law firm that talks to me in plain language, seems genuinely concerned that I come out of this ok, and protects me from the nonsense that is most likely going on with the other side of the case. I like the one time set fee upfront, no more worries about hidden fees. I think legal things cost a ton of money, if it was not for credit, how would normal people get through it. I feel I have someone who will take care of me legally and allow me to live the rest of my life in a much better way than my unhappy marriage was. I like that I am treated with respect. I am treated honestly and fairly. As a retired military person, I can assure that a lot of civilian life is not based on honestly. It was nice to be able to recover and heal while turning it all over to this law practice. I continue to wait for the process to come to a conclusion, but I feel comfortable that it will in fact do that, and not be drug out any further than necessary.

Law Firm is a settlement mill. They don't want to do any litigation in court. During intake they made it seemed like they would represent me through my entire Employment Case and even spoke to me about having a seasoned lawyer but ended up with a novice attorney. An attorney never went over the terms nor stated what all i would be responsible but had the a secretary tell me the fee would be 5k. Didn't do anything that hadn't already been done on my EEOC case. Then when my case closed they still wanted the 5k. Didn't do 1.2k of work but had the temerity to say they worked really hard. So not only do i have to pay another lawyer to finish the job, they still expect to be paid. I would complain but from a post on facebook they will charge you to review the complaint. Even saw where they charged a person because the happiness coordinator had to remind the attorney to review info. I have researched the Arkansas Supreme Court Professional Conduct and they are in violation of a few things. So I will be filing a complaint with that committee and I suggest anyone who has also experienced this to do the same and to look into filing a consumer complaint with the Attorney General
