The people here are awesome! They do not hesitate to reach out to you when there is a change with your case. And they are very quick to respond whenever you have a question. They are always very professional and they actually care about the people they service.

I wish I had of known this was not a good law firm for Family law. After reading the reviews in regards to their Family law I realize now that they are doing alot of people the same way that I experienced over the last couple of months.I was not properly represented, no matter how much proof I had that I was doing everything I possibly could do, it was never takin into consideration. Everything that I requested was ignored and never put in the court order and nothing was thoroughly explained. I had to consult with other attorneys to find out there was so much more that could have been done. I lost $3000 and now have to pay for new representation.

Betsy Hickman is a wonderful attorney. She is responsive and thoughtful. I would use her again. The payment plans are fair and reasonable if you are on a budget.

Lack of communication, organization, and effectiveness. I was very disappointed by the way I was treated and how the process was conducted. I will not be using their services again. And I would not recommend WH Law to anyone for family court matters.

We hired Stewart Whaley of WHlaw to help one of our employees with a DUI arrest that was pretty sketchy. We knew that being found not guilty of DUI was a long shot on the front end because the laws are stacked against the person arrested. Stewart was successful in getting the charges dropped without even going to trial. Our employee made a plea to careless driving in return for him being found not guilty of the DUI. Stewart facilitated him getting his drivers license back and the suspension released on his vehicle. We cannot say enough about the incredible outcome Stewart was able to get.
