Robert Tellez is a man of his word. He will fight to get you the best possible deal and minimum sentence and is very personable yet professional and easy to talk to. He was able to pull a lot of strings to handle my case and I am satisfied. Hopefully I won’t need to use an attorney in the area again but if I ever do I will definitely use him again. He was also the most reasonable for prices when I called around. Overall great guy and I’m happy I used his services for my case.

Najeh abdelkarim i had a cell phone charge in my semi truck truck in brinkley ar. I was placed on probation for 6 months with my job to see the outcome of the court decision, if convicted i will be terminated. Mr Cory Bates was my lawyer, when he questioned the officer in court the reason for the violation, he responded i was looking down at my phone and the phone was in my had. Mr cory then asked him if he saw me dialing numbers, leaving my seat to grab the phone or even texting, the reply was i can't see that and i won't know. Mr cory then addressed the judge that if the officer can't determine if i was texting or dialing then holding the phone is not a violation in arkansas. I was very amazed with mr cory bates presentation, that judge in brinkley is very hard and doesn't like to dismiss any case, but cory got my case dismissed . Anyone get a ticket in arkansas specially truck drivers , call tellez law firm they will do everything they can to drop the charges or lower it, i picked them up when i was searching for a lawyer and noticed the rating in reviews and i was very blessed to hire them to present me.
