I was in a financial situation that was very difficult for me to get out of. I researched firms and I came across WH Law. I’m a firm believer in reading reviews, so I read the reviews on their website and was very impressed by their reviews. I reached out to them and they were very nice and helpful. They went over my options with me and told me what to expect, if I decided to choose their firm. I chose them and they started to work on my case immediately. I gathered all the information they needed and got it to them in a timely manner. They kept me posted on all meetings that I would attend and were flexible with my schedule. I received the assurance that everything would work out well for me, and I’m satisfied with their work.

My experience with this law firm was a nightmare!! I called to discuss filing an EEOC against a company and the recruiter called or texted almost daily trying to get me to use this law firm. He even texted me on a Saturday night close to midnight. He told me it was a good solid case and I really couldn’t afford to pay for the services at the time but he was very persistent and told me that they would fight like hell for me. Once they received my money, it was almost impossible to talk to anyone and they kept scheduling an appointment for me to speak with a lawyer and it kept getting canceled. Finally they filed the paperwork with the EEOC and the investigator decided against my case. I had read online that over 90% of cases that were filed with the EEOC came out in favor of the charging party. I got an email from the EEOC showing all the documents that were filed on my behalf and this law firm did not provide half of what the EEOC required for a case. Also a document that was filed by the lawyer that was working on my case said I don’t know in some areas. A paralegal filed a document on my behalf and the grammar was terrible. I think a 10 year old would have had better grammar than what was on this document. The documents filed on my behalf were very unprofessional. So basically I lost the case and I paid several thousands dollars that I couldn’t afford because I have a disability and work part time. The company I filed against went against ADA paperwork for months, breaking the law and the lawyer that handled my case, finally talked to me and she basically took the side of the company I filed against. My experience with this law firm was terrible and I wished I would have never called them and as a disabled person, just take the abuse from the company I work for and skip the neglect I received from this law firm. Not to mention the harassment from the recruiter that called and texted me almost daily telling me that I had a solid case. Now the company is adhering to the ADA paperwork because they are afraid of a lawsuit but for months I was put through hell and they broke the law and my lawyer told me that I now had the job that I asked for. But for months I suffered and now I’m in debt for several thousand dollars and this law firm doesn’t seem to care. I do not recommend them. I wish I could give lower than one star. It should be negative stars. It’s a shame that a law firm would take advantage of someone with a disability that has no money!! I read one of your reviews and the client had a bad experience like me and she got money back. Do I get any of my money back because the representation was so unprofessional? At least if you file something legal, check your grammar. I could have filed myself and I would have provided everything the EEOC needed. Nobody called the witnesses I provided. It was a horrible experience that I can’t express enough!! I just wonder how Laurie would feel if she was forced to stay on her feet for 10 hours without sitting down while having a debilitating disease. Yes the company offered me a prn position that I turned down. I turned it down because a prn position has no benefits and they call you in when they need you or want you to come in. Seriously, do you think the clinic manager would call someone in to work that has a debilitating disease? Other nurses have desk jobs at this facility and I had ADA paperwork stating that I couldn’t be on my feet for over 30 minutes at a time and they went against it for months. Laurie said I don’t have a lawsuit because they are adhering to the ADA paperwork now. But the paperwork was filled out in November. This firm has no compassion for someone with a disability. Money hungry with no compassion or scared of real lawyers that the company I work for has. The documents they filed with the EEOC were very professional and mine sounded like a 10 year old filled them out. Wonder why I lost 🤔 Edit: Still no response, shows how much they really care when they lose their clients their cases.

This firm is full of deception. This firm will make you believe that they are going to help you file suit after the EEOC does their part. That is incorrect. You will be bounced around from person to person, and then you will receive a notice after the EEOC grants a right to sue that they will not take your case. You are only paying $3999 to this company to file a claim with the EEOC that you can do for yourself. This firm should be ashamed of their business Practices. They represent themselves to help clients that have been discriminated. Not true. Be smart and find a firm that is willing to standby what they present themselves to be! A fraudulent firm! The five star reviews are A joke! Look at all of the low reviews and the consistency of the facts. The best advice or review of this firm is to run another direction! This firm is very dishonest and Have very unprofessional personnel. And do not dare to ask to speak with an executive member because you will only be pushed down to a do boy That will only try to insult your Intelligence. Just passed this firm unless you have thousands of dollars to spare just To get kicked in the teeth By this firm.

This firm is nothing more than crooks. Hired them to represent me dealing with an EEOC claim and file a suit. However all they did was talk to the EEOC and close my file without filing a suit. Took a deposit and continue to debit my bank account due to a payment plan. Nothing but a bunch of lawyers “stealing” from the lower class. Would not recommend this firm to anyone.
