Sonia was my attorney and she failed to follow procedure in court which led to me being sanctioned by the court. She then threw me under the bus with the court because she failed to carry out her duties as an attorney. She lied on my paperwork which has caused me to have to pay tens of thousands of dollars in fees and I only wanted custody of my daughter.

Thank you Sonia Eileen Fonticiella of Fonticiella Law!!! TWO lawyers who were supposedly ‘the best’ in their areas with over a combined 65 years of experience went before her and got exactly nothing accomplished in a YEAR during a contested divorce with no custody. Sonia took over and in two and a half months, got me everything I asked for: 1) Divorced. 2) No contact. 3) I got to keep all of my property. (I’m a real estate investor.) If you need a shark, she’s the one you call!

I would recommend Sonia to all my friends and family. She is knowledgeable and has a great passion for her clients. She takes her time to understand your situation and I always feel she has my best interest at heart.

I had heard of Sonia through business circles prior to retaining her services, but was unsure about the scope of her practice. Fortunately, I made a call to her office and was able to discuss my case with her and discovered that it was something she was very knowledgeable and experienced in handling. The title of my review is "Goes the extra mile!" and this truly describes my experience with her. I had spoken with a few other attorneys previously about my case; and was disappointed that all suggested/deferred that I locate records vital to my case on my own. This was a task that I was not comfortable undertaking. Sonia immediately took on the "fact finding" portion of my case and I was relieved knowing that a professional was handling it. From the outset, I was confident that my case would be given the due diligence needed to have a satisfactory outcome. Having this peace of mind throughout the process made the whole experience outstanding. Would I recommend Sonia to my family, friends, or business colleagues? ABSOLUTELY!
