I r wh law because I like the down payment I had an order of protection case first before my divorce case Mr Butler was the one that represented me he came unprepared not ready for it at all did not know what was going on the divorce case on the other hand if I didn't stay on his butt to file papers and file questions he wouldn't even have done that well I got a temporary custody order that he had nothing to do with and just went with it did not look out for my best interest after reading the reviews on Google I should have done my research and not hired them worst Law firm ever money hungry that's all they care about they don't ever get back with you I don't know how many times I've asked the same question over and over not even got an answer sometimes you can't even get them on the phone for days I think I've talked to John a total of maybe an hour and that was just because he had to be at my order of protection hearing that cost me $1,500 that I lost so all together I'm right at about $2,000 and I'm still not divorced thanks guys thanks a lot worst Law firm ever do not hire

Ms. Cecily Skarda represented me in my divorce case. It was a blessing to have an experienced attorney such as Ms. Skarda. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the law, as this was a long drawn out messy situation. The heart and compassion that she showed in and out of court gave me solace during this very difficult time. Not only did she stand by my side the whole time and help me every step of the way, her hard work and effort was nothing short of amazing. I never had any worries or doubts about her. I could see early on that she had my best interest at heart. Ms. Skarda is honest, highly intelligent, thorough, and a true professional. Not to mention in the end, she prevailed. Don't waste your time consulting with another firm. The Skarda Law firm is 5-star all the way!

Cecily is who you are looking for. Her and her team treat every client like family and truly care. With Cecily in your corner you know you will be taken care of. She has helped my family out quite a few times. Defended us in court and very eloquently left the other side speechless, protected my family, helped us with end of life preparations, and many other family concerns. She is absolutely the best.

I personally would not recommend this law firm for anything! My husband and I have had a terrible experience with with them! Paid them close to $3000.00 for nothing! They are thieves who will take your money and run! Non responsive, incompetent, money hungry leaches! We had been working with them for many months actually spoke with our attorney twice for less than ten minutes each time and the second time was only because we were relentless in getting him on the phone! If you do decide to go with this company, make sure it’s anyone other than John Butler or you will be sorry!

Hired this law firm and they knew every detail of my case. When arriving at court I was told that there was a statue stating I could not win unless I could prove the other party not fit. This was never mentioned in the year leading up to the court date or when they gladly accepted my $5,000 payment.

How despicable!!! Unprofessional and not reliable. I was told that I had an appointment with Greg at 1:30 by the secretary and he couldn't even keep the appointment. I had to call to see what the hold up was around 2:00 and all they could say was sorry and how the secretary made a mistake. I now have ZERO faith in WH law and will never recommend them to anyone. How amateur & immature is WH Law? Not to mention all the time they wasted. Why would they tarnish they're own reputation so easily. Good luck 'wh law'? Your a disgrace to the courts and customers.

Cecily Skarda is one of the only lawyers I know who really cares about her clients. It’s not just a job to her, and she’s not in it just for the money. Cecily is very professional and knows the law inside and out. She will not stop fighting until justice is served.

If you are looking for the best of the best you have found her. I was in a terrible situation with my ex wife and with Arkansas being a mother state so many people said I would never be able to get full custody of my daughter. Well they never met Cecily Skarda, she took my situation and presented it in a way that there was no question my daughter needed to be with me. She worked hard and fought for me and got the outcome she wanted. She worked long hard hours digging and presenting my case. By far the #1 attorney in Arkansas. I recommend you don’t call another Lawyer because she is all you need plus some.

Kelsey Harrison is not, and never has been a client of mine. I represent parties opposing her, and she lost. Her loss was well deserved, and thankfully it means the baby she harmed is now protected. She is apparently very unhappy about this result, and is now attempting to disparage me with a poor review.
