A great bankruptcy attorney with a friendly staff.

Nothing but smooth sailing

THIS WAS THE WORST ATTORNEY OFFICE I HAVE EVER CAME INTO CONTACT WITH. BRIAN C. WILSON AND THIS WHOLE OFFICE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY DID NOT KEEP ME IN THE LOOP ABOUT WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH Y CASE. THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME ABOUT STUFF THE TRUSTEE NEEDED TO PREVENT MY CASE FROM BEING DISMISSED. I WOULD OF DID BETTER REPRESENTING MYSELF BECAUSE DEALING WITH BRIAN WILSON AND HIS OFFICE STAFF HAS MADE MY CREDIT SITUATION A LOT WORSE THEN IT WAS WHEN I FIRST FILED. I STRONGLY URGE ANYONE WHO IS THINKING ABOUT SPENDING ANY KIND OF MONEY WITH BRIAN WILSON TO RUN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION AS FAST AS YOU CAN. THEY ARE CRIMINALS THEMSELVES I DEMANDED FOR THEM TO GIVE ME BACK MY FILING FEE BECAUSE THE LACK OF KNOWLEDGE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS PITIFUL AND I WILL BE REPORTING THEIR LACK OF ETHNICS TO THE BBB AND ETHNICS COMMISSION!!!!

Well unfortunately I had a very GREAT experience here, everyone I've came acquainted with was very nice and had acceptable attitudes...I was given all information needed to follow through with the process and told about how the monetary benefits that would be paid.. Not only loving the experience with the assistants, there but the Lawyer as well..Great experience here at Brian Wilson's Law firm and inexpensive also!!

Not Even Worth A Star Very Poor Service They Don't Return Phone Calls Lady At Front Desk Is Rude Save Your Money And Go Some Where Else I Don't Know Why They Are Even In Business Truthfully !!

well one thing is RIGHT on here--THEY DON'T RETURN ANY PHONE CALLS AND I AM GLAD TO SAY THAT MY BK IS 'OVER'!!!! SO FREAKING GLAD IT IS OVER. I STILL HAVEN'T RECIEVED ANY PAPERS IN THE MAIL AND THE CASE HAS BEEN CLOSED FOR 3 WEEKS AS OF TODAY. CALLED TODAY AND WAS TOLD I HAD STEPS THAT I NEEDED TO GO THROUGH BEFORE I GET THE PIECE OF PAPER TO SAY I AM "DISCHARGE'---WHO KNEW??? NO ONE EVER TOLD ME THIS AT THE BEGINNING . IT WAS ALL "spanish" TO ME. SO TAKE IT FROM THE OTHERS ON THESE REVIEW ABOUT 'BRIAN WILSON'---GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. AS MUCH AS HE ADVERTISE AND HE ALSO GET REFERRALS FROM OTHERS--HE SHOULD BE ON THE TOP OF HIS GAME. HOWEVER IS NOT----TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. ***OH I "had" to put at least ONE star to post this , however they deserve ZERO, ZERO, ZERO ---DOUBLE ZERO****

Not worth even 1 star. Please take my word and take your money to an attorney who will return your phone calls and emails. He will omit information just to land you as a client only to let you find out on your own after it is too late. Not reliable and incompetent. There are other attorneys out there who will do the job and stay with you until the end.. BCW Law Firm is mainly concerned with getting paid.. It's too late for me but not for you... Good luck.. I filed CH 13.. He may be ok with quickie CH 7 but I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR CHAPTER 13..

Spent in excess of 2 hours with me on a free consultation. Walked away with options and delayed filing for bankruptcy. Genuinely a good man
