Excellent customer service. Any time I call, if Jennifer Gray is in the office, she jumps on the phone and handles the situation right then. For some reason, that just amazes me!

Not very good at communicating with clients. Attorneys make you feel small and talk down to you rather than talk to you. Have chips on their shoulders.
