I've gone bankrupt twice in total. The first experience was a horrible experience and I felt left out of knowing what was going on or what would happen the entire process however this time hiring Mr. Weaver it went much more smoothly and I felt much more informed and not afraid to call when I had questions even after being given steps on what to do and he also charged me substantially less than my first bankruptcy lawyer did. He's been in the area for a long time and should have been my first choice but I won't be making any mistakes again thinking I need some fancy sounding lawyer who charges twice the price for the same exact thing if I ever need a lawyer again.

Charged less than anywhere else quoted me and it was an easy process to get done and filed. Filed for a chapter 7 bankruptcy.

I've used Mr. Weaver many times over the years. I've also used many other attorneys, as I have a unique situation. Mr. Weaver might not be the most "traditional" attorney, but he's straight forward, he stays in constant communication, and he charges a lot less than other area attorneys; the ones who have fancy law firms with fancy furniture, but offer little in return for all the money they take from you. Again, he's not conventional, but he's been practicing for many many years, and not only does he know the law, he also knows all the 'right' people. He's also a Prosecutor in Eureka Springs.

I initially hired Mr. Weaver to handle my divorce case. Mr. Weaver ignored everything I said and intimidated me into signing away temporary custody of my kids telling me it was the only way I would see my kids again. I left his office crying. I retained a different attorney who listened to me the next day to repair the damage.
