Chris is very responsive, extremely thorough, and willing to take the time to break down the reasons behind the advice. Got what we needed well within the timeline that we established, and he even followed up to make sure that we fully understood risks and benefits that he had outlined. 10 out of 5, but the stars won't let me do that.
